# Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SNAds (the “Application”), operated by VoxMD (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Application.
1. Description of the Application
VoxMD is a marketing research and keyword planning application that uses the Google Ads API to provide keyword research information.
The Application may provide keyword ideas, historical keyword metrics, search-volume information, forecasts, geographic keyword research, and related research functionality.
The Application is intended to assist users with marketing and advertising research and planning.
2. Google Ads Authorization
Certain Application functionality requires you to authorize the Application to access your Google Ads account through Google’s OAuth authorization process.
You must have appropriate authorization to access any Google Ads account that you connect to the Application.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Application and the Google Ads account you connect to it comply with applicable laws, Google’s applicable terms and policies, and any permissions or restrictions associated with that account.
3. Read-Only Keyword Research
The Application is designed to provide read-only keyword research and planning functionality.
The Application does not provide functionality intended to:
* Create Google Ads campaigns;
* Modify Google Ads campaigns;
* Create or modify advertisements;
* Modify bids or budgets;
* Pause or delete advertising campaigns;
* Manage ad groups or advertisements; or
* Otherwise make advertising-management changes to a Google Ads account.
Keyword research results are provided for informational and planning purposes.
4. Accuracy of Information
Keyword metrics, search-volume information, forecasts, and other information provided through the Application originate from Google Ads services and may change over time.
We do not guarantee that keyword metrics, forecasts, search volumes, or other research information will be complete, current, accurate, or suitable for a particular advertising decision.
Forecasts are estimates and should not be interpreted as guarantees of advertising performance.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
* Provide accurate information when creating or using an Application account;
* Use the Application only for lawful purposes;
* Maintain appropriate authorization for Google Ads accounts you connect;
* Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or another user’s account;
* Not interfere with or circumvent Application security measures;
* Not use the Application in a manner that violates Google’s applicable terms or policies; and
* Not use the Application to access Google Ads data that you are not authorized to access.
6. Google Services and Third-Party Terms
The Application depends on Google Ads API services. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s applicable terms, policies, and requirements.
Google’s Google Ads API Agreement governs use of the Google Ads API and establishes requirements concerning authorized access, applicable policies, data protection, and API usage.
Google may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue API functionality independently of VoxMD.
7. Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Application, including its software, interface, design, branding, documentation, and original content, is owned by or licensed to VoxMD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Application or any of its intellectual property.
Google, Google Ads, and related Google trademarks are the property of Google and are not owned by VoxMD.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Application to:
* Violate applicable law or regulation;
* Violate Google’s applicable terms or policies;
* Access accounts or information without authorization;
* Attempt to circumvent API limits or security controls;
* Reverse engineer or interfere with the Application’s security mechanisms;
* Introduce malicious software or code;
* Interfere with the operation of the Application; or
* Use the Application in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service.
10. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or Google’s applicable requirements.
You may stop using the Application at any time and may revoke its Google authorization through your Google Account settings.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the extent permitted by law, VoxMD disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties concerning availability, accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Application or Google Ads API services.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoxMD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Application.
This includes losses resulting from changes to Google Ads services, API availability, keyword metrics, forecasts, or other third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Application will be subject to the applicable courts located in [County, State], unless otherwise required by law.
